I usually mobile order and pick up. The mobile ordering site is easy to use. When I arrive to pick up my order, I am greeted by employees behind the counter. The store is clean. My pick up experience is a positive one as I am greeted, my order is always ready and the employee who provides my order is pleasant and approachable.
