My order was ready when I got there and it was great. Store seems clean and workers are pleasant and friendly. I enjoy your bowls and would highly recommend.

I go to this place regularly because it's my only option when I'm short on time to make my own acai bowls. I'd go elsewhere if I had a choice and they just gave me more the reason to look elsewhere today. Their Functional Bowls are listed at $11.99. The clerk charged me $13.49 without any explanation. Either the clerk or the store is trying to pull a fast one on me. They will be hearing from my bank for this fraudulent behavior. Their food sucks and give very little fruit/granola. Again, I only come here because it's the only acai place nearby. And the service here is terrible, ran by entitled people with attitudes who aren't helpful. If anyone is listening out there, do just a bit better than Nektar around here and you have my business easily!!! I'll gladly overpay for a fruit bowl just to avoid this place.

I like the ease of using the app and placing my order. My only wish is that you brought the yogurt add on layer back to your bowls. Now you have a different item. Not sure if it's the same.

Overall, great. Banana in smoothie did not taste fresh. My staple, toxin flush tasted consistently great. Acai bowl was good as well. Service was great but by the time I received all my order (a mobile order of 3 acai bowls, smoothie, toxin flush) some of the bowl was melting even if it was kept in the fridge. Would've been better if it was made in the order of Toxin Flush, Smoothie, then Acai bowls. Seems like the smoothie was created at last while Acai bowls were sitting in the fridge for some time.
