The smoothie was DELICIOUS as always, service was speedy too! I wish that the rewards could be used on bowls as well. It is a rare treat for me to get to go to Nekter and I look forward to whatever I purchase, but I can’t ever use my rewards toward what I wish; then they expire :(

The orange crush smoothie was very chunky and had to be put in a vitamin at home. My pineapple whip smoothie bowl was so runny it was like soggy cereal because the granola all sank down to the bottom so quick. It wasn’t the usual quality I am used to. My gift card used to only work ordering on the app. I was told a couple months ago there was a power outage and the iPad wasn’t scanning QR codes correctly. Now my gift card isn’t working due to the new app. I buy gift cards when they come with the bonus and I love using those. I called and left a message with customer service yesterday but so far no one has called me back. The girl at the counter didn’t attempt to scan the QR code and was quick to say call customer service if it’s anything to do with the app. They were friendly when I walked in and my order was ready on time.

Well for starters, it’s overpriced and everything I’ve had from their tasted terrible. I love fresh fruits and vegetables but everything from here sucks. I just got a glow getter smoothie and I added kale an and spinach to it and it just taste like disgusting dirty dish water. I’m gagging on it. $13 down the drain.

Went for my free veteran’s day smoothie as advertised and nobody could even be bothered to show up to work. Doors are locked and it’s an hour past opening time. Happy Veterans day to someone besides me.
