Good quality and quantity was great. Price is high but overall it’s a nice treat. The staff is not friendly at all. At all. But they do a good on prep for all the menu items. Bathroom is the worst. The worst.

I used the app for my order and that was very difficult. It took me forever to log in and the app udate has deleted my gift card on file. The instore experience was friendly and very quick. I would come way more often but your items are very expensive.

Didn’t make the bowl right. Was a mobile to go order and had to ask for lids, didn’t give us a bag and had to carry the bowls and sides of toppings on the wall back to hotel

Ordered my 2 bowls 30 minutes ago and order not ready. I am still currently waiting. People who walked in way after I ordered and came inside to wait had priority and their orders were made first.

So when you arrive 15 minutes before closing and the teenager staff tells you literally they will not make you order because “um we’ve already cleaned like the blenders and I’m we can’t make a drink”. Then you call the number to get the owner operator number and the mailbox is FULL!!!! this is rich! I will continue to try and contact the owner and if unsuccessful then will contact the BBB. If you are going to hire 17 year olds to run your business for 12$/ hr . Be prepared for feedback and empty your vm.
The smoothie was absolutely delicious. The waffles were also very good. My daughter loved the parfait!

The orange crush smoothie was very chunky and had to be put in a vitamin at home. My pineapple whip smoothie bowl was so runny it was like soggy cereal because the granola all sank down to the bottom so quick. It wasn’t the usual quality I am used to. My gift card used to only work ordering on the app. I was told a couple months ago there was a power outage and the iPad wasn’t scanning QR codes correctly. Now my gift card isn’t working due to the new app. I buy gift cards when they come with the bonus and I love using those. I called and left a message with customer service yesterday but so far no one has called me back. The girl at the counter didn’t attempt to scan the QR code and was quick to say call customer service if it’s anything to do with the app. They were friendly when I walked in and my order was ready on time.
