I placed my order through the app, when I came to pick it up the store had no power. One of the girls offered to give me a refund. I went to my car and as I was leaving she ran out to me to let me know the power was back on and they would make my order ASAP. I sat inside for less than 5 minutes and my order was ready. ALSO it was the best bowl I’ve had there so far! So it went from a possible bummy situation to awesome service! I was extremely happy! ☺️💗 Thank you so much!

Fantastic! I am allergic to blueberries and they made sure that they changed gloves and cleaned all the equipment not to cross contaminate. I love Nekter! Now bring one to Longview! 😊
