On this visit I ordered two acai bowls. I ordered them both to be split and on one order it was to include a layer of chia pudding. Neither of my bowls were split even though I paid for them to be split and the receipt SAID split on both bowls. As well as the chia pudding was in a separate container. It was really embarrassing to have to tell two people that I didn't have bowls for them because they didn't split them like we ordered. It was really frustrating. This is actually the second time this has happened although the first time I just went home and separated them on my own because they were for my children. The only reason I keep coming back is because I bought a gift card.

I placed an order in advance for 9 AM, I arrived at nine and had to wait several minutes before my order was ready. The girls were also very unfriendly per the usual. The only reason I come to Nekter is because I like the product, not the service. I would also like to see you offer organic fruit in the future.

Ordered @ 4:11 was supposed to be ready at 4:32 got there and orders weren’t ready. There was no one in there and still waited 20 min after because drinks weren’t even prepared yet. Very disappointed

This is not the first time this has happened but some of my order was not in there! I ordered two shots and they were not included in the pickup. Paid for nothing once again. Poor customer service.

I ordered on the Nekter app, the website and door of the building said the opening time was 7am. I arrived at 7:07 and waited until 7:20 and no one was there. I had to leave and had already paid through the app and did not get my smoothie. Such a bummer
