Our family loves Nekter Juice Bar!! The staff is so friendly and the owners are wonderful! We love grabbing a few bottles to go and getting one of their peanut butter smoothies. If you haven't been, don't hesitate!
Had my first Açaí bowl here at Nekter. It was so delicious and almost too pretty to eat. But I did and I am already thinking about my next one. Get the Agave on the top ;) Staff was friendly and bowls were made very quickly, so very little wait. I’ll be back!
Called yesterday (tyler location) at 6 pm to do a phone order so it would be ready when I got there in 10 minutes and the girl said "we're not taking phone orders today". I said ok, well I'll be there in 10 minutes then and she said "ok". Well 10 minutes pass and we pull up and I send my boyfriend inside to order. The two girls ignored him standing there pretending to clean. Finally one turns around and goes "the juicer is broken" and the other girl rolls her eyes. If the juicer is broken why didnt they tell me that when I called and said I'd be there in 10 minutes? Why are they not taking phone orders just on that day? Why did it look like they were trying to close up 40 minutes early and being annoyed when a customer walks in? I'm just so over these teenagers. Used to like this place. Never again. If your equipment is broken and you're closing early then they should have just said that instead of wasting my time driving down there.

I ordered on the app and they were out of immunity shot that was part of my order. Was offered a ginger shot in place but that is not what I wanted. Can’t find anywhere on the app to request a refund. Shouldn't have been an option on the app or should have just been automatically refunded if the store was out.

The limeade refresher tasted more like water and fruit, I am not sure that any limeade was within it at all. Otherwise good service

Service was great. Food was great. However my card was compromised almost immediately maybe 5 min after ordering online, so for security sake I think you should check your systems. Major sure they are up to date and all passwords are changed.
Just because my card was compromised doesn’t necessarily mean it was your systems fault. But, it’s a pretty strong coincidence. Either way, doesn’t hurt to check/ update. Thank you!
