I’ve always loved going to Nekter. They did take a little bit of time to get to me while I waited for my online order. They pretty much just looked at me for a little bit until they asked if I needed anything. But overall everything was great

I just tried calling restaurant to discuss my dissatisfaction about my late order and that I’m missing an item (turmeric shot), and no answer. When prompted to leave a message, there is a rebidding stating that you can’t because it’s full. Very frustrating and disappointing considering I’ve recommended to several people and actually thought customer service would be easy to get in touch with for issues such as this.
