The app shorts out and doesn’t work well. Staff however was excellent. I really appreciated how kind they were, and that they under promised and over delivered by having my order ready soon sooner than I expected it.

The place smells terrible.
Rachel took our order and then 5 different people trickled in after us and all received their orders before mine. She started my drink after the last person that came in after me had gotten their order and walked out the door.
When I asked about why our order was made after, she rudely said it’s easier to take care of similar orders all at once and do the smoothies first, that’s just the way I do it.
We waited 25 min for 1 juice and 1 protein bowl. And there were 2 bowls, 4 smoothies that went out before we got ours that were ordered after us.
I really enjoy the juices and smoothies, especially after a good workout. Your staff is always helpful and friendly. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the bathrooms really need a good cleaning. They are constantly dirty.
