This is the second time I order on the app and they didn’t start making my order until I got there. Which I order 15 minutes prior. My drink didn’t taste that well either.

Showed up at 7:30 AM, and they were still closed with the door locked. The sign on the door says 7, but no one showed up til after 8.
We had a question about the refer a friend free bowl, and when we asked the staff they said “I don’t know anything about the app, the managers don’t tell us anything about the app”.
They didn’t even attempt to help us, it’s super frustrating. I know the staff is young, but they should still be somewhat trained on how to use the app, instead of just saying they’re not trained. I would lose my job if I said that to a customer .
I’m giving 3 stars solely because the bowl was good, but I’m frustrated with the store opening late, and the staff being unknowledgeable.
Also, no one bothered to answer the phone even after they opened
