I was disappointed that my app was not working properly, I did receive the happy hour price or the free smoothie for my first our but the staff were so nice and after speaking with the owner I was pleasantly satisfied with the understanding and accommodation

I do recommend Nektar to others with a caveat: it’s very expensive and the same item tastes different every time you order it. I’m assuming maybe because some days the fruit is ripe and some days not? I’ve been getting the recovery juice a lot lately. Today it was very bland. Usually it’s tart, spicy, and slightly sweet. No matter, it’s helpful to me to have somewhere to go to get healthier options! I do wish the employees would welcome you when you came in. It just seems that welcoming/smiling/letting them know you’re glad they are here, is a very lost art these days.

I got 4 smoothies. 3 are great 1 tastes like frozen ice water. I attempted to call the store to see about getting another one but the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message much less talk to someone

My issue is with the quality of ingredients. The canned pineapple has to go. It doesn’t taste good and for what I’m charged for a bowl it should all be fresh ingredients.
