I placed my order for a five day advanced cleanse on August 20. This was to be picked up and was scheduled for 9 AM August 23. The store employee was not able to find the order on her Nekter app. I showed her my email confirmation of the order on my phone and it took her may be between five and 10 minutes to pull the order. She was wondering why the order did not appear on her hand held app…

I ordered online but when I picked up my order there was an item missing. It was made for me right away.

Most of the time everything is great. There has been a couple times when my online order wasn’t ready, and I was waiting but no one ever said when it got ready, so I waited an extra 15 minutes. The second online time I was fixed a smaller drink than I had ordered and didn’t have the time for it to be re-made. I did receive a phone call from a manager apologizing for this experience and was told a free drink would be added to my account. It was never added. I think these are just kinks in the training process, overall great drinks and staff.

I like the convenience of the store, it is close by and in my way into town. Also, my order is always ready to go from placing online orders. I enjoy the fresh juices and love that you use cashew milk. Great alternative to coffee and other less healthy options for my morning.
