It is so loud in the store when those machines get going. I feel sorry for the employees ears. There is nothing that absorbs the noise.

When I walked in, there were two women employees. I was the only customer at the counter. One was washing something and the other was near the back. When I walked up to the counter, the lady washing didn't immediately ask me if I placed an order or if she could help me. So that was a little distracting but overall, I would still come back. I understand we get busy but she clearly saw me. So I would just like that all employees at least recognize that they see somewhere waiting. It just makes the customer aware that they are seen and will be helped in a minute. Merry Christmas!

I’ve always been to Jamba Juice to get my açaí bowls but not having one here I found this place and I have to say, this is one of the best açaí bowls I’ve had. Thank you so much for having my pickup ready.

We visit Tyler frequently from our home in Austin where we have an abundance of juice-to-go businesses to choose from (our fave is Juiceland). That being said, we'd LOVE to have the option of grabbing a healthy prepared salad to-go when picking up our juice order.
