My smoothie was very watery it almost seemed like an ingredient was missing.

I called and asked them to add banana to one of the smoothies on my order as there was no way to add it online. They assured me they would. No banana. Smoothies took forever. Lame. I like bananas in my smoothies. Really puts a bow on it flavor wise. Lol.

I love Nektar and ordering ahead is a great way to be sure your delicious smoothies are ready when I get there.

I love this Nekter. They are pure class. And they are the sweetest staff. They make my drinks better than any smoothie/ juice place that I’ve ever had. That is why I keep going back. I also love the rewards program on the app. Keep up the beautiful work and know that your staff is an asset to your company. I get this feedback email all the time and today I felt compelled to take the time to let you know how I truly feel about my experience. Nekter is the only thing I crave and after I drink it I feel so revitalized. I bring my family here from out of state and they always say how they miss it when they go back to Michigan. Thank you for keeping your products all natural and not skipping any corners. It truly it noticeable.

Ordered the greenie, great flavor. I arrived right when they opened at 8am. There were many orders already placed and the two employees were working hard. There was a ~10min wait but it was very understandable. I could see the employee making my smoothie and it looked like he used a large quantity of greens, and they looked very fresh 👍. This location might benefit from being open at 7:30.

Love Cold brew smoothies! Wish they have decaf cold brew smoothies.

Hi, I usually only like giving positive feedback, but my experience today warranted “needs improvement” feedback. It took about 22 minutes to receive my mobile order. The shop was very busy, I’m a patient person but had a business meeting and time constraints. If I knew my order was going to take almost 25 min (instead of 15) I would have gone somewhere else. I know a lot of people are on work breaks when ordering, so it’s not the best situation to order before leaving for your lunch break and still not have your drink before you are supposed to return to work. It seemed like the shop was fully staffed, so that didn’t seem to be the issue. I will probably wait to return to this location while I’m at work (only go when I have extra time). I know the employees were working hard, but I noticed several people waiting on missed or incomplete orders while I waited on my order. Hopefully, wait times and logistics get better. The smoothies are really good! Thanks

Smoothie is always delicious!!

We ordered 30 minutes ahead (3 smoothies) and still had to wait 15 minutes after we arrived! You need to hire more staff or somehow speed up the process. This is the second time this has happened- the first we didn't think to order ahead and waited 35 minutes with our two children... One more experience like this and we likely won't return. We love Nekter and the smoothies but not enough to wait that long again.

The smoothies were delicious and the service was great! I wish there was a way to add a tip through the app. We love the AB Mocha, the Pink Flamingo, and the Tropical Cooler.

Todays smoothie was terribly blended and watery. A constant when bowls are ordered, the pineapple fruit looks kept over its freshness peak. Todays order was very poorly made.

Placed on online order - walked in and was not greeted and completely ignored. I waited for 15 minutes past the pickup time before the smoothie was made. I know they were short staffed, but something needs to change.

There were only 2 people working and multiple people were waiting a long time for their orders. They asked what I was waiting for smoothie for friend (Alexa) and bowl for me (Christina). They finally gave me my friends smoothie, and I waited a long time longer. I then went to the register to make sure that they got my order and she looked in the refrigerator and it had already been ready. So I waited and made my friend wait a bunch of extra time for no reason. They seemed very overwhelmed and tons of people were waiting.
