I paid for an add on to the smoothie that was never added. I have noticed about a 50/50 chance of any additions actually being delivered on when I order via the app. It’s incredibly frustrating to be gambling money on something that isn’t meant to be a gamble. Employees are either on autopilot and not paying attention, or the ticket that goes to them from the app isn’t making any changes obvious enough for them to notice. Either way, it’s incredibly frustrating and makes me hesitate to order.

The staffing is not fair to your employees or the clients.
This is the 3rd time this has happened and everyone knows this is the usual issue at this location. I will never go to this location again and will always will advise to my friends and family to do the same.
