I placed my order online, and went 5 minutes after it was suppose to be ready so I gave it 35min for preparation. I went in for pick up and it wasn’t even started. This is not the fault of the two sweet people busting their butts to work there. They apologized and said that they would start my order soon, that they got slammed. this is clearly an owner/management issue.
I understand staffing issues very well!
But, I have been told by this store location if I place an order online, it’s faster. So, I tried it but, apparently that’s not the case. I was in Liberty Station, I could’ve just walked in and ordered.
AND if I’m going to be waiting 45min for an order, then I should be offered compensation for my time!
