The app was easy to use. Service was great. I wish I could’ve used my free birthday drink on the Frankenstein but the app said that that drink didn’t apply for the free drink.

I can’t believe I waited twenty minutes for a freakin’ smoothie. If I was at a restaurant, I probably got my food already. Ridiculous!
I go there every day, and I love it every time! It never gets old. The flavors are so delicious and I look forward to it. If I don’t get to go to Nekter one day for some reason, I feel different because I get the greeny and sometimes the green apple detox juice, always 32 ounces.

We love your smoothies and açaí bowls! We'd be there literally everyday though if there was curbside pickup. I have young children, so it is often difficult to get them out of the car and cross that busy intersection with two very young children. If there was a curbside option I would grab smoothies and açaí bowls everyday because it is the only way my kids will eat fruits and veggies right now. I'm just usually deterred by how difficult it is to get in there with young kids.

Things aren’t often ready by the time suggested. Also the rewards points don’t seem accessible though the App. Which is a drag because you keep emailing me that my points are expiring.
