Great. Enjoy the juices and bowls, and the staff is friendly and usually knows my name.

Overpriced and understaffed- Gave myself 20 minutes and my smoothie bowl still wasn’t ready- I asked for substitutions as I have allergies and was given a half filled bowl that I paid $9 for. Take your money to Qwench juice bar

Great juice/ smoothie and friendly staff.

Nekter team members were busy with other orders, however, they completed my order as efficiently and as completely as possible. It even came to light that my order may have been a few ounces too short, but team member made it right and juiced a little more to make up for it. Very satisfied with today’s experience, thank you.

Overpriced juice bar. I ordered The Buzz and waited a good 10 minutes for our drinks. Everyone else got their drinks first and perhaps the staff forgot ours. Nothing fancy. Just water, carrot, orange, and ginger juice. Charge $10 for that.

I love this Nekter. They are pure class. And they are the sweetest staff. They make my drinks better than any smoothie/ juice place that I’ve ever had. That is why I keep going back. I also love the rewards program on the app. Keep up the beautiful work and know that your staff is an asset to your company. I get this feedback email all the time and today I felt compelled to take the time to let you know how I truly feel about my experience. Nekter is the only thing I crave and after I drink it I feel so revitalized. I bring my family here from out of state and they always say how they miss it when they go back to Michigan. Thank you for keeping your products all natural and not skipping any corners. It truly it noticeable.

Consistently good juice. Staff is friendly and fast!

I’m fairly certain that celery was put into my green juice. I don’t like celery at all and very sensitive to its taste. I didn’t taste my juice until I got home and wasn’t going to drive back to have it fixed at that point. I was pinching my nose to drink it down. I’ve never had this occur so I’m hoping it is a one-off error which I understand occurs.

I ordered a 24oz juice and the gave me a 16oz. I won’t be going back to the liberty station location (granted they were extremely busy and they did seem short staffed at this location)

I LOVE Nekter, especially the one at Liberty Station! Everyone is so nice and so kind about the extra requests I often ask for. The quality of the juice is great, and the people at Liberty Station Nekter are even better :) I just please also want a way to leave gratuity on the app for the Liberty Station location! It's offered for other locations, but not Liberty Station. Since I always order through the app, this would be super helpful.

The gift card I bought online was having some issues but as soon as I asked for assistance, it was a quick response from their end. I love their juice and fruit bowl as they are all fresh and healthy. Gift cards is just convenient for payment and as a gift as well!

Staff here is awesome, very friendly! Smoothie was amazing! For awareness, it is a little loud inside bc of the juicers and blenders, but not a big deal at all.
