Mobile order took over 10 minutes past expected time it was supposed to be ready, I understand it can be busy but please don’t put it will be ready at a time and the order gets out over 10 minutes later. Then I told them my name when I got there and they said the were working on it I had to ask again after the 10 minutes of waiting only for them to pull it out of the cooler as I was waiting the whole time.

It doesn't matter if I order through the Nektar app for a pickup or doordash...something is either missing or wrong. I dont understand and I can never reach anyone at the location. Very frustrating.

Worth the drive for the speed & accuracy! I live 1 mike from Claremont store and despise having to Oder from there due to poor service. I will drive the 6 mi to San Dimas for accuracy & timeliness of orders.

I ordered 4 bowls for my family and they were all lackluster, especially for the price we paid. I usually have good experiences at nekter, but the last visit wasn't great and my family agreed with me.

The employees could have done a better job of actually greeting customers when they came in the door. I stood inside the store for about 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. It was off-putting.
