I didn't receive juice, store was closed!

The last few times the juice I ordered has been great.

I placed a delivery ordered. Bowl and juice. It was delivered on time but I was missing my juice. Driver stated that’s all they gave him inside the bag and even offered us to look inside his car to prove he didn’t receive the juice.

I went to pickup my 6 day celery juice I ordered online but unfortunately they didn't not have it, she was very apologetic because it didn't come in and offered to come back later. I explained that I drove from Rancho and can't come back later. I work in San Dimas but live in Rancho so coming back would not be convenient for me. I rescheduled to pick it up Tuesday when I go back to work. She took my name and number and offered a fresh celery juice for the mishap. I ended up buying 2 smoothies for later. Over all service was great but disappointed that my order didn't come in.

This San Dimas location is always on point. Always on time. Always making great smoothies and juices.

Today I ordered 2 celery aids and 4 ginger shots on line. Went to pick them up and was concerned about the color of the ginger shots they looked like a dark salsa verde color, the acting lead said well it's not. I said I know it's not. They said they don't clean between juicing I said then what was it they said celery juice. I don't understand how my celery juice was clearer than the shots. I asked for money back she said she couldn't do that. I said ok give me gift card. She said cant her SOP won't let her. Another girl said that they just cleaned another machine and will remake me them. I'm satisfied as the 2nd batch was clear and clean but this has to do with training and taking pride for the company. I get it things happen but if you can clearly see an issue and make me feel like they can't help you or not sorry that is just unacceptable to me. I blame the owner of the franchise to have proper training for un happy customers. I did t ask for anything other than what I ordered.

The door has 7am open. 07:42 closed. A week age they could not make any juices. Very disappointed with this Nekter juice bar.

Juice was good. Service was great. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. My juice was ready in a timely matter.

Service was great. I ordered a celery juice and a tropical smoothie. Both were delicious.

Placed my order and it was made quicker than the expected time and I appreciated that because I was in a rush to get back from my lunch break. Juice was delicious as always.

It was perfect. I ordered a green juice and a ginger shot on the app and it was ready ahead of time. The drinks was delicious as always. ;)

I ordered through gruphub so i cannot speak on customer service. Its normally just okay. Speed was fast. Portions are smaller compare to my local juice places.
