I am a regular at Nekter. Last week I had a bad experience with the bowls, they were prepared just terribly. Today I picked up my order and I was very pleased with my bowls. It had the right amount of acai, and the right amounts of fruit in top. Thank you very much to the 2 girls working this afternoon. 👍 .

I ordered an acai bowl and while I was eating the acai bowl. I bite down and discovered some big frozen strawberry chunk in my bowls. I was expecting Nekter to have working blenders when I went to order. This is really disheartening for to find these frozen chunks within my bowl.

Sometimes the product is inconsistent. When I order a bowl it seems that when a new person makes it, I get lower quality and smaller amounts.

Love this place for their bowls and juices. Recommend their acai bowls for a good start to the day or for a energy boost.

I like Nekter, though I find them a bit pricey. They are still one of the better acai bowl places. This Nekter is very clean with friendly staff. Though they seem to never have the vegan brownies in stock, which is sad cause those are amazing. All in all wayyyyy better than Jamba Juice, more vegan options, but not quite as good as Bowl of Heaven was (haven't been since the name change).

Always the yummiest bowls and the ladies that work their always have a hustle to their step and have a sense of urgency aimed at making customers happy!

So nice and the drinks are amazing!! I tried the Papeyes acai and it was so good!! Definitely recommend!

Nekter Juice Bar offers a variety of healthy fruit bowls, smoothies, juices and more. They have good customer service and their products have a fair quality. I recommend this place to anyone!

I love their juices and the selections they offer. You can also add or change ingredients. Their bowls are delicious and filing. Staff is nice.

I loved it, so did my daughter. I just wish there was a way to have there Acai less sweet.

This store has zero customer service. I walked in and the girl behind the counter asked me if I had an online order. No hello, no good morning, no how can I help you. She made my bowls quickly and put the bag on the counter without a word. No thank you, no have a nice day, not even a smile, NOTHING! When you work a customer service job, you should be polite and pleasant and not act like you are being bothered to do your job. I will only return because I like the bowls, but the service here is seriously lacking!

I've tried a lot of juice places mainly for acai bowls and for the quality and price their's is top notch and will be back many times more. I haven't tried any of their juices yet but based on the menu and watching the ingredients used in my acai bowl I suspect that it will be as good.

Let me start by saying I LOVE Nekter, I have been here many times since it opened and sadly have slowly stopped. I tend to order the Banana Açaí Berry Bowl NO Banana at all inside or on top. There have been a few times where I have noticed there is still banana in my bowl. This most recent time I know there was banana blended into the bowl. In a previous situation I asked the worker if there was banana inside and she said “no” after I picked up my order and noticed bananas on top. I left and started eating it and tasted the banana. I felt that paying what I paid I deserved to get what I asked so I went back and asked to please make anotger because I knew there was banana inside (this was another worker who graciously re made it). Today the same happened, (there was banana in my bowl). I’m not a big complainer and will generally chalk it up to an honest mistake but this has happened more than these 2 times. I feel like staff is not as friendly and knowledgeable about what they are making as the staff used to be at this location.

Açai banana berry was bomb, planning to come back soon.
