Order online for a pick up order. Paid extra for apple on top, but when I came home there was no apple. So I paid extra for nothing. And my cup was extra filled with granola. Took up 1/4 of the bowl of granola. Not happy with my order and not sure if I will go back.

Not 100%. I ordered on the mobile app a pumpkin bowl and when I got to the store the employee informed me the pumpkin is out of season. Then on the 2nd bowl I ordered I added extra granola for $1 and they forgot to add it.

My order was ready upon arrival, but they forgot my chia seeds that I asked for inside my açaí bowl. Either than that, everything was fine

I ordered the açaí banana berry bowl with the oats on the side. I noticed the bowl looked a little low and the container of oats was small. I emptied the oats on top and there was still a solid inch, if not more, of empty space in the bowl.
I love Neketer but the increased price is not worth the decrease of contents.
