Very good lately. There was a time a few months back where the bowls and smoothies would taste off, like the strawberries were bad and we stopped going. Gave it a try again under this new management and have not had any bad tasting treats so far.

I love Nekter, your offerings, your ingredients! I’m so thankful for healthy clean options! However this location has consistently been delivering a poor customer experience and extremely long waits. It seems every time I’m met with an extremely long wait for 1 smoothie or acai bowl. There should be more staff if you are consistently this busy and make customers wait 30 mins+. Additionally, the professionalism and friendly nature of the employees is lacking. There is one male worker who has been excellent, personable, friendly, offering a free shot when inconvenienced by a 45 minute wait. Other employees have been less than excellent. Most females are slow, not friendly, barely look at you or talk. It makes you wonder if they will spit in your smoothie they seem so unhappy. I believe the employees could benefit from customer relationship courses to bring your customer experience up. Having said all that though, I will still come here and enjoy your smoothies because they’re always good. I do wish I’d be offered the leftovers more often though, I see waste often when the cup is full they stop and then toss the rest. I’ve only been offered leftovers once.

It’s honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes you get people that seem like they care and want to be there and sometimes you get the opposite. The quality of what you receive isn’t always the same in terms of the quantity that is received in a bowl so that is something that is also inconsistent. I’ve come to the conclusion that ordering way ahead in advance is the answer to my concerns. On a more positive note, the PB&J bowl taste pretty darn good!

Nekter San Dimas is my favorite spot love the employees and everything the sell I support them them for making things more than any other juice or bowl place even more healthy than resautrants

I came here at 11:00 today and there was one person putting in so much hard work for these fresh juices and bowls it’s so amazing to see this worker with such passion and care for every order! I got a juice shot, and a acai bowl. 10/10 thank you for taking the time with everybody today!

The bowls came out great. The only thing is that I ordered two peanut butter bowls and it had everything but peanut butter.

The bowls were preordered because we were on a tight schedule and they were supposed to be ready by 11:09. It is now 11:20 and they haven’t been started and my family is now late

Ordered ahead of time and had to wait a few extra minutes but the quality of the food was delicious. I had recently had a bad experience where my açaí bowl tasted like nothing so I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of this bowl.

The ordering online is the best, order, pick up go to work and enjoy! And my bowl was spot on!

I am getting this email to review my recent purchase while I am still waiting for my bowl. I come here a lot and it is always ready when it says it will be not 25 mins after I ordered. They had not even started my order.
