Ordered 2 day cleanse. Manager called me the morning of pickup but did not leave a voicemail so i didn’t know who it was. Went into store to pickup my cleanse and was told my order had been cancelled due to lack of supplies for the cleanse, and then my card was charged the full amount for the cleanse.

The juice I purchased was perfect. I also purchased almond butter açaí bowl, and paid extra to add seasoned fruit.

When I arrived, I was the only customer there. I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the employee to look up at me. My order was specific to not have apples as a topping but yet the bowl had apples as the topping. When I was handed the bag, the staff did not engage at all so I did not request for her to correct the order. The customer service was awful.

They gave me the wrong cleanse. I took it back to the store, and they gave me the correct one. She was nice about it which I appreciated.

Order pickup went smoothly, staff friendly. Store was clean. Prices I wish were lower but everything is expensive rn with inflation..if it were a little cheaper I’d come more often
