It's hit or miss. Sometimes the order is ready, sometimes it's not when I order ahead. Also, train your employees to acknowledge people when they are at the counter. Last visit, I had to look at the back of the employee for about 5 minutes while she made orders. Never once glanced at the counter where I was waiting and simply said "I'll be right with you!" Another suggestion, put a mirror so that the staff can see if someone is waiting behind them. Or, I know, why don't you employ more people on the morning shift. The employee is making what looks like 5 bowls and has at least 10 tickets on the wall, and she's the only employee. Do you really say that's good customer service? I think not
