Friendly staff always great you as you enter the facility and my order is always ready

I placed an order online. The time was over by at least 5 minutes. I was standing there awhile (after giving my name) and she got my drink from the refrigerator. I think they forgot about my order.

Everything was great

The staff at Redlands Nectar location are nice and friendly. They get your order right. Many of them have worked there for a while so it's like greeting a friend when I go there.

I came here and the Asian lady with pink hair was rude and was making fun of customers and I don’t know why she thinks she’s pretty with that pink hair, she straight out looks like a drag queen from Thailand…
