I accidentally selected no ice when I ordered on the app, and when I picked it up I apologized for my mistake and asked for ice. Your employee gave me ice but she reminded me twice that I originally selected no ice. She made me feel bad.

I’m an old customer. However, lately the service is not as usual, especially for my last 3 orders. One I ordered an açaí bowl and it was filled half of it only. The quantity was not as usual. And an order came with the fruit on the top was not fresh ( the pineapple had a weird taste and the strawberry weren’t fresh as well). I’m not satisfied with my last 3 orders.
