I love this nekter I always order here & everyone is always very nice. I mainly do online orders & it's usually always done at the time it says it'll be done, give or take a couple minutes. The store is always clean inside & pretty cold lol but since I just go in to grab my online order I don't mind. This is a nice store in a good location.

I used the app to place my order. My drinks were way too sweet and did not taste like it normally did. This is the first time I’d have to say the taste was not so great but the service was quick to receive my order.

I do cleanses pretty regularly and order online for pick up. The last two times I have picked up my order, the order was not ready and I was told to select the juice cleanse from the cooler. I was expecting to pick up my order which should have been ready for me, but instead had to wait for the staff to find out where my order was and then told to grab the order from the cooler. Not sure why I'm encouraged to order online when it takes longer to pick up once I'm there. I enjoy the cleanse, but the wait for an online order seems unnecessary. The staff is always very nice, and accommodating.
