I didn't receive my free dri k after I was promised a free drink after i downloaded the app and made any purchase. I made a purchase and I never received my free drink.

The girl who helped me out was EXTREMELY SWEET, ACCOMMODATING, AND HELPFUL. She deserves all the praises. Not one bit of sour attitude, no snobbishness or unpleasantness. She was super nice. Of all the locations I have bought Nekter juices from for at least 5 years, this was THE BEST customer service experience I could genuinely say I LOVED and APPRECIATED. I recommend this location, I commend the girl, and will definitely come back because of her!

I still don’t get what is it with this place. They don’t seem to understand cleanliness. That’s why they originally lost their “A”. The girl working there has gloves while cleaning the wall with a cleaning agent and handles the drinks of the customers with those same gloves. Yuck!!!
Mobile order was a breeze. My drink was amazing! Also my bowl was great to!

Every time we visit the Redlands store, everything is always on point. The flavor of our drinks, smoothies or bowls are was delicious and refreshing. The staff is friendly and the store has a nice vibe.
