Staff are AMAZING!!!!

They were so nice and was fast and easy to pick up. Would recommend going and will be coming again more often.

I feel the worker was there by herself dispite some unfortunate circumstances- back up should have been called in for her especially in a busy store. I will have to say she held it together I isn’t get her name sad thing about it.

My order is already perfectly made and on time. I love Nekter!

It was pretty annoying. I ordered it on the app to be picked up by 5 o’clock. My daughter showed up to pick it up and they were saying that there was no order under my name or her name even though I had a confirmation and my daughter even had to show her a screenshot of the bank statement showing that we were charged pretty annoying She was kept on saying that there was no orders under the name Daughter my daughter shoot her a screenshot of the order confirmation she put that in. I see it now, but it was a 10-15 minute ordeal.

Went in about 7:30pm when I walked in at first I thought they where about to close as they had the seating area mopped and chairs put up when I went to order employee was nice at first but then after I ordered I wanted to add one more thing she got an attitude threw strawberry container in trash passive aggressively then muttered something else to another employee and rolled her eyes then when she proceeded to take my order she had a whole attitude mind you I was really nice to her even when she gave me attitude . Mia is a rude employee and when I got my protein bowl she gave me chopped up old banana I payed $13 the quality of the bowl was not worth the price . I will never order with Mia again I hope that management talks to her about her rude attitude towards customers.

Placed a mobile order for pick-up. It was ready when I got there! Friendly greeting and a “I’ll be right with you.”

Nekter is my favorite place to get my bowls! I have never been disappointed in the service or the product.

It was so scrumptious. My almond bowl has never been better. I will definitely be going back soon! I love nekter!

I ordered online but I don't think my protein smoothie was made correctly. It was supposed to be a strawberry and banana protein smoothie but it seemed like it was just strawberry and very watery which makes me think that there was no protein powder added or at least not enough compared to previous times that I have ordered this drink.
