Nekter Juice Bar - Redlands

Awesome service, was Greeted as soon as I walked in and both associates were really nice and attentive. I ran into this Nekter by accident as the one by my house was closed, I will definitely make the drive just to go to this place. The drink and parfait that I ordered were really good, they honesty were the best ones I’ve had from all the Nekters I’ve visited. Those employees are legit! Overall amazing experience, will definitely make my drive and return to This store.

It was excellent! My order was correct, the staff was very welcoming and they also made sure I was satisfied with my order.

I always get the same Açaí Banana Berry bowl with greenie up, but the last one I got, something was wrong. It was VERY thick and lacking in berry flavor. I got another bowl after that and didn’t get the greenie up because I was afraid it would be the same. 🙁

When I walked in, I knew I was in trouble. One employee. Tell me why management would only schedule one employee for a busy Sunday morning. I had 3 people, one was a party of 6, ahead of me there was a large party of 12 that had been served sitting at tables. The young man, Marlowe, was also preparing called in orders. I waited half an hour. I even pulled up a chair and sat down in line. The entire time Marlowe was very professional; he did not panic. He worked methodically, getting the orders out as soon as he could. He was apologetic and thanked everyone for waiting patiently. Marlowe great job! Management, get yourselves together. One employee is not acceptable to run a busy business well. Also, while I was waiting. You had 4 people leave because of the wait. SMH.

Pilar has the best customer service and the best smoothies I ever had I promise. Also they have great energy there and I'm pretty sure they will not let you down I go there every day
