The girl who helped me out was EXTREMELY SWEET, ACCOMMODATING, AND HELPFUL. She deserves all the praises. Not one bit of sour attitude, no snobbishness or unpleasantness. She was super nice. Of all the locations I have bought Nekter juices from for at least 5 years, this was THE BEST customer service experience I could genuinely say I LOVED and APPRECIATED. I recommend this location, I commend the girl, and will definitely come back because of her!

Walked in at 9 pm the floor was soaking wet , the girl who took my order looked irritated while taking my order she called out a juice name when I asked if it was mine she rudely said no and when I got my drink I thanked her while she just starred at me. Her name is Mia and she is at the Redlands location.
Got here at 9:27pm they close at 10pm. The lady took my order after looking back to their prep area. Then when i was about to pay she said that they just cleaned their juicer machine and cant take any other juice order. I asked when they usually "start washing" their juicer and she said 9:30pm, bruhhh it's 9:31pm and why did you take my order AFTER checking the prep area. And they took awhile to even start taking my order. Last time i was there, i did not have this problem, staff would just quickly juice it real quick. Clearly they're trynna leave early, which is fine I guess.
Please then whenever customer comes 9:20ishPM tell them right away that yall cannot take Juice order.
The juice was not made right and it took over 30 minutes for my order to be completed

I do cleanses pretty regularly and order online for pick up. The last two times I have picked up my order, the order was not ready and I was told to select the juice cleanse from the cooler. I was expecting to pick up my order which should have been ready for me, but instead had to wait for the staff to find out where my order was and then told to grab the order from the cooler. Not sure why I'm encouraged to order online when it takes longer to pick up once I'm there. I enjoy the cleanse, but the wait for an online order seems unnecessary. The staff is always very nice, and accommodating.
