I've always passed by the shop every now and then when i would do my shopping. I finally went in one day and the smell that hits you once you open the door is hypnotizing! I purchased PB&J bowl and i fell in love! I have only recently started buying the smoothies and detox drinks and I'm so upset i didn't try one sooner. The customer service was great and they are so fast in making all of the orders they get. The biggest reason i went in though is because everything is made fresh. I have not had a bad experience at all and will keep going back.

Ordered on the app & my order took longer than the estimated “ready” time given
A customer came in after me and placed an order at the register- that customer received her order way before I received mine. (We both ordered acai bowls)
Why promote “skip the line” with online order- if customers who walk in will receive their order first and the fastest

I always have a good experience when I go there to get my açaí banana berry bowl. The staff are always very nice and I’ve never had a bad experience there. I was a bit disappointed in my bowl yesterday; however, as the bottom of it was a lot more liquidy than normal. They were very busy so I didn’t say anything and still enjoyed my bowl.
