need to fill the cups a little more and add more fruit. two slivers of strawberry and three blueberries is sort of not enough when the acai berry bowl is just that

Made a mobile order, got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done but they still hadn’t started it. I understand they were busy, and was fine waiting, except people who walked up and made orders for smoothies and bowls after I did, received theirs first. When my order was completed it sat on the counter for awhile before they tried putting it in the freezer even though I was waiting in the pick up spot. My order was in my hand a half hour after it was supposed to be ready.

I do order ahead and this is normally ready when I get there. This time it was ready and waiting. They could a few more ounces in bowls or a little more fruit. But I rave about this place cuz it really is good

I was not greeted. I walked to the pick up area and was asked if I had a pick up order. Asked my name. Yeah, we’re working on it. She finished a juice for another guest and called it out. My order was done in a few minutes. Counter was dirty.
Nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. Just meh.
Bowls were put together well. Always love the products in general.

I love your app and I mostly order through it and pick it up. I get lots of great deals from you on the app so it keeps me coming back. I used to go to Jamba Juice in the same plaza but I like your açaí bowl a lot more so I come to this location now

Go to badger bowl instead for Açaí bowls. I found 4 little pieces of plastic in my peanut butter Açai bowl. I get it, sometimes there are things that get into food but 4 pieces!! I didn’t even finish half of my bowl and there was two pieces. I started to dump it out and found two more. I just didn’t care to look for more. I payed $8 to eat plastic and hurt my teeth. On top of that I had to wait 20 minutes for two bowls. There was literally 3 people in the store. While I was there other people were complaining and wanted new items. The workers did not handle them well and sounds very rude. I talked to the manager right before writing this review and all that was said was “we can give you a new bowl”. There was no sorry or thank you for letting us know. I’m not going to drive 25 minutes to get something that should never have plastic in it. Honestly I don’t even care for a new bowl I was just letting them know so someone else doesn’t get hurt.

Never had an issue until today I ordered Mobil to avoid waiting and I still ended up being the last person to leave and they had marked me complete on the app. Completely annoying as I was on lunch from work and didn't even have time to enjoy my bowl. I understand rushes happen but that was too much. All I got was sorry from the manager as I grabbed my bowls and they even forgot to give me my shot. . . Unbelievably horrible service today

Waited over 25 minutes for my açaí bowl. There were only about 8 people in the store. Service was slow bowls were decent. I would rather to go to Be Well in Yucaipa.
Have an oral allergy an, ordered an acai bowl. Allergy overlooked and with a newborn all that wait time is just completely inconvenient. Had to send grandma in to get a remake Two stars for effort to remake it. Then again not sweetened well. Very sour and bitter from bbee pollen. Website menu says it has goji berries, cacao nibs.... Maybe they blend them in but definitely were not on top . Overall completely unsatisfactory. Maybe 5-7 young people working isn't enough or need someone a bit older to balance it out. If you have allergies I do not recommend.
