I love the fresh food and delicious juices but the customer service is lacking. I find the staff unfriendly. Today I ordered a juice and a bowl online, when I came on to pick up, the lady behind the counter was on her phone she took her time before she set it down to get my food. Then she seemed annoyed when I asked for my jucie. I will continue to enjoy your wonderful food and juices but I don't look forward to dealing with your unfriendly staff.

My Acai was sour and the customer service was bland. Try Vitality bowls in colleyville it is far superior!

Nekter juice bar has really good juices and even though the wait is long they are generally worth it. But today July 4th 2016 I was utterly dissapointed with their customer service. On their door they have a sign saying they will be open on the 4th (today) they don't have specific hours set as to when they will close, their usual hours go to 7. Today when I walked in at 4:02pm I was greeted with "sorry we're closed" this was specially disheartening considering I drive about 30 minutes to get there and the 4th of july hours were never specified neither on their door nor their website. Neketer please be more specific next time, thank you.
