This was my first time at Nekter and the customer service was great! Delicious smoothie too.

I went in to pick up an order for my boss. I check in tell them the name and also order a smoothie because the online order said it would not be ready until 4:52. I got there at 4:39. They call out the name for the online order and present me with one juice. The order is for three 4 smoothie bowls and and 3 smoothies. I let the girl know and she tells me it will be a minute. It is a fairly large order so i wait for about 30 min and call my boss to check what time she placed the order she had ordered at 4:24 so i got up again and its 5:19 almost a full hour. When i get up there they start pulling everything out of the freezer. Meaning the order was done and no one told me. I was sitting on to the left of the counter for the past 45 minutes. I ask if it had been done for a while and was told “no we literally just made them. We just got super slammed”. So either it had been done and sitting in the freezer for a while as I suspect or they had just finished it and decided not to tell me??? Either way i leave and get back to work and guess what they forgot my GMs smoothie. Of all the people of course it was my GM. Needless to say do not waste your time here. On top of that they dont even have a working phone number to call so when we wanted to pick up the missing smoothie we couldn’t even contact someone

Absolutely love this place and the work staff. My bowls and smoothies are always extra good!!

Large variety of healthy juice, smoothie, & power bowls. Staff is very kind & helpful. They easily agreed to use coconut water instead of cashew milk for my order given my cashew allergy. Great options for the whole family. My little kiddo loved her smoothie. Also, you can buy a whole cleanse package here, super cool. Highly recommend.

Great smoothie!

Todays service was very good !! I love your selection of drinks and bowls, I would love it if there was an easier way to know which smoothies have the lowest sugar content. I know you can modify so this would depend on that but it would be great to have at least one option where the smoothie starts out less sugar content.

I ordered an Açaí Mango Bowl however in the bowl I received a scoop of almond butter which isn’t in the recipe. I am disappointed because I used my free smoothie bowl promotion for this purchase. I wasn’t able to check the bowl because I was picking up during my work lunch break. I would like the issue to be escalated to a manager.

I always order the PB health nut which is delicious but tried the PB mocha smoothie which was more like a juice than a smoothie .. very runny .. if that’s how they’re made will not order again

I ordered 8 turmeric shots and 8 ginger to go. The containers were more than half empty. They did a good job with the acai bowl and the smoothie but definitely, not with the shots.

The smoothie didn’t taste right something tasted off and no one in my family wanted it.

I usually place my orders online which is very easy. I don’t have much time with the employees since I’m just picking up my order but I’ve never had to wait a long time for my order and have always felt as if the employees are welcoming! These smoothies are my new addiction, I crave them from time to time and the employees’ attitudes are a major plus!

Smoothies and staff are always perfect!

I like Nekter but the Chandler Fashion Center was a train wreck this past Sunday. The POS took forever to provide an order to that team there and as a result it took 45min to make 2 medium size smoothies at 2p. Team was down a staff member and it was busy..they apologized to everyone but me...not sure what that was about.
