PERFECTION! The drinks and service here are great! I purchased the coffee kickstart smoothie which is delicious The people who work there are very kind. Great smile's and attitude. Beautiful location.

What a great experience. The manager helped me with an issue I was having with the app. He was kind and very responsive. My smoothie is always delicious!!!!! Bravo♥️

My husband went in to get me a smoothie, specifically asked for PB health nut. Employee accidentally made PB mocha, so my husband went back in to have it corrected. The employee (A TALL RED HEAD GIRL) proceeded to try to argue with him about what he ordered, telling him he was WRONG and did order a mocha, then aggressively grabbed it out of his hand and threw it in the trash. I do not understand how this type of behavior is acceptable as an employee. I have worked in service industry for 10 years, it is not that hard to just make the correction without giving complete attitude.

Best smoothie I tasted in a little time. I recommend people to try them.

I’ve been to nekter a lot. I ordered a new drink for the first time and was so pleased. The chocolate PB smoothie! So good and will definitely order again! Thank you! Feel free to send me a gift card :)

The young man working was very friendly, he was quick to greet me. I probably won't order that specific smoothie again it was a bit strong, but it was quick and ready for pick up.

My wife and I came in for a drink, i got the buzz and she got a smoothie. It was near closing time, the young ladies that helped my wife didnt seem please to see us at closing time. The drinks were made and we paid 33 dollars for the two drinks. On the way home i tasted the Buzz i orderesd and it tasted awful, it was extremly bitter taste I was not satisfied with the drink. I returned back to the location to request a refund. The two young ladies were there leaving and I had asked if they could assist with a refund and they stated no. That just because my personal taste was not satisfied they are not obligated to do a refund. I don't work for nekter, so I don't know if that policy is correct. I just want to confirm, because to me it seemed like the two employees were dismissive. I also want to clarify that the drink I brought back was full, I only took a sip/small taste. I was not rude I just simply wanted a refund because I wasn't not satisfied woth the drink. The two stated their name was London and Riley.

Smoothie wasn’t quite so “smooth” this time … not blended very well .. still very tasty but normally don’t like to chew my smoothie :)

I ordered three smoothies today and one was made incorrectly with chia jelly inside and I ordered a custom smoothie to specifically avoid it being added and didn’t realize until I was back at work and unable to drive all the way back to show them. This has never happened before so I was surprised.
