Good overall. Some of the other employees needs to be made aware to acknowledge mobile pickup customers on the other side of the counter as they are usually left standing there if the cashier is busy. They don’t even look up.

I love Nekter and have visited almost every location in the Phoenix area (I’m here for work, for several months). Two locations are my favorite for taste & quality: Town & Country and Dana Park/Gilbert. Their is one rockstar employee that I must recognize though…I don’t know his name but he’s at Town & Country and he’s got earlobe plugs/tunnels. Thank you!!!!

Excellent service and quality drink. They had just put my drink in the cooler when I arrived and the employee was happy to get it. Fast service, I was in and out in less than 1 minute.

I come here daily but my visit today was not satisfying. Usually I never have a problem with how I like my bowl but today. Ben was rude and wanted to charge me for something I don’t normally pay for and my bowl wasn’t the same. I spend lots of money here and I don’t appreciate how I was treated today!
