The smoothie I ordered was supposed to have peanut butter but there wasn't any in there - but I'd already left before I tasted my smoothie.
As far as the customer service - they were fine.

Horrible! I Went there this morning. Male with ears on his nose was rude and sarcastic. No customer service skills whatsoever.
I first ordered 9 bowls, then I realized I needed 10. I ask him to please add another one to my order. He made me wait again on the line making sarcastic comments. The 9 bowls were melting because of the time he made wait for the last one.
I have been to other locations and service was great!
