Smoothies and juices are good, but the one thing that really bothers me is an automatic tip that I have to remove manually when ordering through the app. Removing that and making it optional would be more ideal considering your products already cost a decent amount.

I am happy with the product and staff. I hate the pre request for a tip and the fact that you order and the tip is automatically added is totally unacceptable to me. I quit going to Nekter for that very reason by our grandkids were with us and they enjoy your products as well. without the added tip automatically I would frequent your establishment much more often and actually be more likely to tip.
