Overall I’ve had positive experiences and my kids love it. Twice, at two locations in Scottsdale, I did have a bowl where it tasted like it was almost rotten (one ingredient in the bowl in small quantities).

Excellent customer service and products! But do not like the app, difficult to use especially when you tie promo ex. $10 smoothie/protein poppers that must be ordered through the app. It took multiple tries and even your staff were challenged with getting the app to work. When you email a promo can you please add a code to present to staff? The app has many issues and is not user friendly..thanks

Wonderful staff and great options for smoothies, juices, bowls, waffles, etc. staff has been lovely at the Hayden location also. I would recommend on the app to create a text field box for orders in case the customer wants to add any specific notes please. Thank you!
