I really like Neker and will continue to order both in store and via the app. However, I arrived 20 minutes after I placed my order to find the front of the store with no employees. I called out and two young men came around and I gave my name for the order. One then proceeded to tear off my order from the input machine and told me my drinks would be up soon. Yes, I did not have to wait long, but I just thought that whomever reads this should know that employees absent at the front of a store to greet customers does not show well and my order not being attended to for the 20 minutes it sat there makes me want to avoid this particular store. Just an education in customer service is needed.

I really like my green apple detox and the toxin flush. But juice is not consistent. At times it tastes like apple juice and can tell not enough of the green leafy greens were used, can’t taste the ginger at times as well. It separates much faster and when it does, there’s more water then anything else. When I pick up my drink, can usually tell by that color if it was made right. These juice drinks should be green in color not a very light color version as if it’s been watered down. I then have to add spinach or kale, or cucumber to make it taste better when I get home.

I have gone back and complained, or said something when there. But at almost $8 for a small juice, I should be able to taste the spinach, kale, and the ginger. This was not an issued before, not sure why it’s happens more now.
