I did an online order. Said it would be ready in 20 min. Showed up and they didn’t even know I ordered anything.. What’s the point of ordering online? They weren’t even busy. 1 customer. The gentleman working looked like he cared, the girl, seemed clueless and didn’t care.

I love frequenting your business! Generally, the quality is always very good. Unfortunately, today, I had a poor experience. I got to work and was enjoying my juice and realized I had chunks of seeds and other unrecognizable things in my drink. I ended up having to throw it out. Never had this issue before. Just thought I would share my feedback. Thanks!

This location must water down the bowls. My wife and I have been fans of Nekter for years and have gone to this location for about two years. Over the past year this location has been consistently off. The only way to describe it is that the Açaí Bowls taste watered down. Compare with any other in the North Valley and you will taste the difference. Way too much $ to be doing that.
