Ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. There was no one in the front to greet the customers. I poked my head in the back and saw the employee washing, meanwhile another employee exited the restroom and either ignored me or perhaps didn't see me, bit regardless, did not acknowledge me. I then said hello loud enough for the employee washing to know I was present. She was friendly and provided me with my items.

So incredibly frustrating to over and over again not have my online order ready. Was given a 1:01 pick up time and they never started it. Was told they never received the ticket. I really want to love this place but another unfortunate problem is the inconsistency with the juices. Almost every time it tastes different. I wonder if ingredients could be weighed to allow for a better more consistent outcome. Thanks for reading!

While our order was ready on time, I really didn't appreciate that I wasn't alerted when a substitution was made (coconut water in place of cashew milk).

Even though it does take awhile for the bowls to be made, it is always a great result in the end. My daughter is gluten free and your employees take the time to ensure that the bowl is done correctly and if they are out of the gluten free granola they offer something else in return i.e. coconut shavings....which she now prefers over the granola! I'm always satisfied with the finished product ...so I guess good things come to those who wait. :)
