It's usually pretty great, except for when the younger ones are working-I've heard some negative things said about other staff members. Kids - just because customers "ignore" the comments, it doesn't bode well for your workplace, esp for you. Let's keep it positive or at least neutral in front of us, shall we?

You guys are great but....
For some reason I always have something missing from my bowls. Weather I add pineapple or extra something. It always comes without my adds. This is ordered via app so I'm not sure if it's the app or your guys.

Smoothies are always good, a bit to much banana for me. I order online and it would be awesome to have an option there to order half the amount of banana. The afternoon employees are very friendly.

I had been coming in and ordering. I finally got the app on my phone and order via the app. I showed up 15 minutes later and my drink was waiting for me!

I love Nékter! Always friendly staff and yummy juice. My last experience was bad. I ordered ahead on my phone because I was in a hurry. When I got there, it was packed! I went to the pickup line where there is a sign saying something like "let us know if you placed a mobile order". I got the attention of one of the girls and said "I placed a mobile order". She said "a what?" I said "I ordered ahead of time on the App." She asked for my name and said "I'll go check". She went into the back and came back out without saying anything to me. I waited for 15 minutes(!!!) until the entire place was empty and then asked another girl "has anyone made a....(my drink)". She went to the fridge and pulled it out. I looked at her like "seriously???" And she said, "What, have you been waiting long? You are supposed go to the cashier and let her know you placed an App order."
All of this left me confused and upset. I order ahead of time to avoid the line and she's saying I have to come in a wait in line with everyone so I can tell the cashier that order ahead of time?? And the sign is sitting at the pickup counter, not by the cashier. It was a bad experience.
