I arrived with a friend at Nekter about 15 mins after I placed a mobile order. I arrived and was told that my acai bowl was not ready yet and was being made still. My friend did not place a mobile order. I waited another 15 minutes and was never notified that my bowl was ready until I came up to the counter again. My friend received his bowl before I did. There should be some sort of notification if your mobile order is ready for pick up.

Typically, this location is friendly and has good service. I ordered online 45 minutes early, providing the time, my phone number, and my email. The order was not ready due to them being out of mango and they explained to me that they would rather wait for me to come in to pick up my order to determine what mango should be replaced with instead of contacting me. Then apparently they were in a hurry to get this order completed that the smoothie had chunks of powder on the side. I didn't even know powder was in this smoothie, as it did not have protein powder included.

I order online so I don't have to wait. Every time I come to this location you have to practically beg someone to pay attention to you to get them to get your order. I realize they are all really busy but the other locations in Napa and Mill Valley seem to figure it out somehow. The people here seem stressed out.
