Four employees working, but no one at the register. Unbelievable wait time, and the bathroom 🚽… open, dirty, next to food prep, it’s not good, not good at all.
The place is a little short staffed, but they got the order right.
There are a few points of frustration. The rewards and promotions are set to time out after just one minute. There is also no reliable internet service in the store. These are barriers to redeeming promotions and rewards that have been earned.

While the person helping me was very sweet, I don't think she had been trained well as we did an online order and arrived at the appointed time and it hadn't been noticed. We had to wait in the car as our dog was with us and it was a warm day. When I went back in and was waiting, the shift lead came out at one point, ignored me, and then went back into the back room. The customer service used to be a LOT better. The order also was smaller than usual as we asked for ice in our detox juice. Normally it comes in a larger cup to accommodate for the ice, not this time. I won't be coming back any time soon.
