Multiple times we have ordered online and our order is not ready on time. Today, in particular, I ordered online around 11:45am and the order was estimated to be ready at 12:17pm. Showed up at 12:25pm and the order was not even started. This is a FREQUENT occurrence. I wish I didn’t have to tip ahead of time because I feel cheated out of the extra money that I’ve given to staff when they ‘cant find the order’ or haven’t even began the order 10+ mins after the given delivery time.

I come to nektar for Fresh juice experience, without added sugars or stuff i dont necessarily like. I am given the option to add or subtract, as we need different things on different days. The Acai Bowls are very filling!
