Machines are down and unable to order a juice cleanse. Your app won’t allow it so was told it wasn’t possible. Also, have different amounts on gift cards and can’t use them. Your app team needs to get it together to improve the shopper experience.

I had a friend use my phone since the app is on my phone and I paid for our order. The server was not able to use my free smoothie so I was charged for it. I have a screenshot of the QR code, so hopefully I can still redeem it.
