Hi, I used the app to purchase a drink the other day & I set the time for 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:20 letting them know I was there early. 3 people ended up ordering after me & received their items. I received my drink at 5:40 ish. The employee said my order hadn’t come through, I wish they had offer to make it on the spot when I walked in. Still will return, might skip using the app though.
